Part Time Faculties
For teaching in our Summer Term and/or Autumn Term
International School of Management Studies in Pune is one among the premier institutes offering
Internationaly recognized Edexcel courses in PUNE. We would be running concurrent sessions of
taught modules to cater for the student numbers on both the current and future intakes of some
of our courses.
Contracts may be offered on a flexible basis for a minimum of 3 hrs/week for one term upwards.

Librarian

The successful candidate will work under the direction of the School Business Manager to
assist in the promotion and development of the ethos of the Library, to ensure that the
facility is used to its full potential and to provide support to pupils, staff and other
users of the Library resources and facilities.
The Job Description for the above mentioned position would include
To assist in the development of up-to-date practice in librarianship and
be responsible for ordering and organising stock and providing information
to all users
To use a range of library resources, books, CD's etc
Process requisitions, orders and deliveries and carry out the accession,
classification and display of books/materials, ensuring that institution
procedures and good practice are adhered to
Assist young people to become independent learners utilising the full
functions within the Library environment ie. Books, CD's, intranet
and internet use
Recommend, organise, order, arrange delivery and catalogue stock,
utilising the services of the Library service, book providers etc.
