ISMS Academy for Advanced Learning, a division of ISMS Education Pvt Ltd, has a team of highly professional and thoroughly committed individuals. The team members have dynamic industry experience with a blend of proven mentoring skills. The members of the team have developed their management skills working within the education industry both in Indian education and overseas education and have been involved in building ISMS.

Mr. Debraj Banerjee, an Post Graduate holder in Management with more than 12 years of experience in Education Industry. He has been involved with prominent industry giants like Siemens Information Systems Ltd, SQL Star International Limited , ICFAI and SSI Limited. He has worked with various segments of education including Distance Learning, IT Trainings (Retail & Corporate), Higher End trainings (SAP) etc. He has been actively involved in chalking out strategies and the implementation of the same and has gained accolades from his employers all throughout his career.

Mr. Sajid Nalakath, a Computer Science Engineering Graduate with around 14 years of experience in Education and related industries has been involved in the field of Overseas Education, especially for United Kingdom, for the past 08 years. He has been actively involved in recruiting students and has the operational experience in every field of UK Education including Recruiting, Visa documentation & processing and Post Arrival Services. He had been rendering his services as the Executive Director/Chief Operations Officer with a prominent overseas education company prior to his involvement with ISMS. His experience of recruiting hundreds of students to the various institutions in the UK provides him with immense rapport and man management skills to share to the students of ISMS. Prior to his involvement with UK Education, he has been working with SAP Technologies in the IT industry and has also worked as an IT Faculty imparting education to Undergraduates.

Ms. Banerjee has made a prominent presence in the field of education working with ICFAI and a prominent UK educational service organization. A Post graduate in Events Management and a Diploma holder in Business Finance, she has been actively involved in the field of UK education recruitment for the past 5 years and more. With corporate experience as a backup, dealing with the students and clients has been her forte and she will be contributing her experience and knowledge of UK education for the progression of the students completing their BTEC Edexcel qualifications from our institution. She had been working as a Career Counselor and Regional Manager during her corporate services and has risen through her ranks in a very short duration.

Mr. Salim Nalakath has been involved in the field of Corporate Sales and Communications for the past 20 years taking up responsibilities of an Accounts Executive, Sales & Marketing Support, and Telephone Sales Team Leader in the commercial department of British Airways. He has also worked with Qatar Airways as a District Sales Manager, before involving himself in the field of Education, especially in the United Kingdom. He has worked in similar capacities and roles and dealt with various university and college articulation agreements. He is one among the prominent members, in setting up our accreditation with Edexcel UK and ensuring the smooth functioning of this institution. He is the Internal Verifier and the Quality Nominee for Edexcel - UK and the primary liaison for UK University partnership and progression Articulations.
